Thealoz Duo eye solution contains both trehalose 3% and sodium hyaluronate 0.15% in a preservative-free formula to relieve itching, redness and irritation caused by moderate to severe dry eyes. Thealoz Duo protects the surface of the eye while also providing them with some much-needed moisture.

Thealoz Duo is manufactured by Thea Pharmaceuticals and is suitable for all types of eyes including for use by contact lens wearers. These drops come in a patented 10 ml ABAK bottle, for ease and precision of each application using calibrated dropper technology.

Thealoz Duo’s hypotonic formulation provides long-lasting protection and hydration for people who suffer from moderate to severe symptoms of dry eyes.

Common symptoms include:

• Itching
• Soreness
• Grittiness
• Redness
• Blurred vision
• Sensitivity to light
• Watering more than normal

Unlike other over the counter treatments for dry eyes, Thealoz Duo contains two active ingredients, trehalose and sodium hyaluronate, that help to protect and moisturise the surface of the eye, which eases symptoms to help you feel instantly more comfortable.

Thealoz Duo is for use in the eyes only. It is suitable for use with contact lenses and can be used 4 - 6 times a day to relieve symptoms.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.
2. Pull down the lower eyelid and look upwards, instil 1 drop into each eye, between the eye and the eyelid.
3. Be careful to avoid touching the eye or eyelid with the dropper.
4. Replace the cap after use and discard after 3 months of opening.

The active ingredients in each bottle are: Trehalose 3 grams, Sodium Hyaluronate 0.15 grams.

The other ingredients are: Sodium Chloride, Trometamol, Hydrochloric acid, Water for injection.

It is unlikely that you will experience side effects while using this product, however, some people may experience some mild irritation to their eyes.

• Do not use Thealoz Duo if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Only apply these drops to your eyes, do not swallow and do not inject.
• Discard any leftover drops over 3 months of opening.
