2. Services Provided
We offer NHS Essential Services remotely, including but not limited to medication reviews, prescription processing, and patient education. We also provide Advanced Services both remotely and face-to-face. Goodcure Pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and provides NHS services in accordance with the NHS Contract framework.
3. Delivery Services
Deliveries are carried out using drivers employed by Goodcure Pharmacy and through partnering companies such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DHL. Expected delivery times will be stipulated at the point of sale.
4. Non-Refundable Medication Sales
All medication sales are final and non-refundable once they leave the pharmacy premises. This policy is in place because, by law, any returned medications must be destroyed and cannot be reused.
5. Refund Policy for Medication Errors
If there is a mistake or misinformation provided by Goodcure Pharmacy, we will issue a full refund for the affected medication.
6. Refund Policy for Non-Medicinal Items

Goodcure Clinic Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to Goodcure Clinic. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided Goodcure Clinic offers virtual healthcare consultations conducted by licensed doctors or suitably qualified prescribers. Private prescriptions issued during consultations are automatically sent to Goodcure Pharmacy for preparation and delivery.
3. Eligibility To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
4. Consultations
- Consultations are conducted one-on-one via a secure online platform.
- You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during consultations.
- The prescriber will determine the appropriate course of treatment based on the information provided.
- Prescribers may request access to your NHS health record to verify your identity and assess the safety and clinical appropriateness of treatment options.
- Prescribers may request a video consultation and ask you to display your identification as part of our duty of care and due diligence.
- Patients have the option to book the remote consultation in advance or have the prescriber contact them as soon as possible.
5. Prescriptions
- Private prescriptions issued by the prescriber will be sent directly to Goodcure Pharmacy.
- Goodcure Pharmacy will prepare and deliver the medication to the address provided during registration.
- You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and up-to-date.
6. Payment
- Fees for consultations and prescriptions will be clearly communicated before the service is provided.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking the consultation.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
- We may use Stripe Radar, which records the IP address of the payment card, as a further security measure to verify identification and minimize the risk of inappropriate treatment requests under different accounts.
7. Refund Policy
- Patients have the right to request a full refund up until the treatment is sent out for shipping.
- No refunds will be given after the treatment has been shipped, as the Pharmacy is no longer able to reuse the treatment in accordance with regulatory body guidelines.
- The only exception to this policy is if the product sent to the patient is incorrect. In such cases, the patient will be given the option to receive a full refund or have the item replaced with the correct one.
- Such cases are expected to be extremely rare and will warrant an appropriate internal investigation.
