Calpol Saline Nasal Spray

Calpol Saline Nasal Spray is a non-medicated treatment for use by all ages, designed to relieve blocked, dry or irritated nasal passages. This natural spray provides gentle and effective relief for congestion caused by cold & flu, sinusitis and allergies.

What is Calpol Saline Nasal Spray and what is it used for?

When you’re suffering from a cold or flu virus, your nasal lining becomes irritated and inflamed, producing more mucus than usual. This then causes your nose to become runny and blocked. Calpol Saline Nasal Spray is a gentle, easy-to-use spray designed to aid in the removal of built-up mucus in the nasal passages, relieving nasal congestion.

The spray works by cleaning and moistening the mucous membranes of the nose, helping to dislodge any debris by thinning the mucus and rinsing it away. The spray is suitable for use from birth and is non-medicated. The spray can also help to alleviate allergy symptoms by washing away any irritants that find their way into the nose.

How to use Calpol Saline Nasal Spray

Because this nasal spray is non-medicated, it’s completely safe to administer as often as required. However, only one bottle should be used per person to avoid the spread of infection.

For infants and babies up to 2 years old

  • Lay your child down and turn their head to one side.
  • Insert the nozzle into a nostril and press the spray head once.
  • Repeat the application in the other nostril if required.

  • Insert the nozzle into a nostril while keeping the bottle vertical.
